Namami Yoga & Wellness is located at 602 Stirling Hwy, Mosman Park. It’s a beautiful, peaceful and friendly yoga studio with the added bonus of a quiet little private room for massage therapy. I’m lucky enough to have the opportunity to practice there and I can’t wait to welcome you to my little sanctuary.

Sometimes, having a massage at home isn’t practical. I know it isn’t for me: my dogs bark, the cats want to jump on me, the street can be really noisy. It can be so hard to shift that weight of the mental load, or relax when we can hear the washing machine go off, our kids call out, our partner or housemates doing their thing somewhere in the house…

Finding the right space has been tricky, but as soon as I walked into Namami Yoga & Wellness, I knew it was perfect. Our own entrance, a peaceful room with just enough natural light, high ceilings and a sweet little kitchen nook to chill out in before and after your session, so there’s no rushing in or out. There’s amazing op shops right next door, an interiors store, and a little coffee joint across the road that you can get drive-thru coffee and snacks at. All the wins.

Sessions at Namami will be held on Wednesdays between 7.30 am and 2.30 pm. People of all ages (yes, that includes children!), and those undergoing cancer treatment welcomed.

Please note, private health rebates are only available for Remedial Massage services (excluding HCF).

Remedial Massage:

Initial Remedial Massage (90 minutes): $160 (incl. GST)

Subsequent Remedial Massage (90 minutes): $150 (incl. GST)

Subsequent Remedial Massage (60 minutes): $110 (incl. GST)

Bodywork for relaxation:

60 minute Rest and Recharge session of relaxation massage: $110 (incl. GST).

My new Signature RESeT: 90 minutes of slow, measured massage. This is combination of relaxation massage and reiki techniques designed to soothe you: $154 (incl. GST)

You’ll find the entrance to the Namami’s Wellness Zone on Ferrier Lane (off Glyde St): please park in the designated parking bay for unit 602 - this will be next to my white Kia Sportage with an Aurora Bodywork sticker on the rear window.
