A full 60 minute massage. This can be full body, just a portion of your body (eg: upper body, or legs and back), or simply the head, hands and feet.

This option is great if you need treatment, and would also like a full body massage: plenty of time for treatment and relaxation. You can totally have both.

Pre & post natal massage - 45 minutes
Just for parents to be, and new parents. Prenatal massage is done in propped up, or in side-lying position to create maximum space for that pregnant belly, and purely for relaxation. Post natal massage is great for working on those sore necks, backs, and shoulders from nursing, and carrying bubs around: all done in that cat-nap timeframe! I allow extra time either side of these massages so you don’t have to rush. It can even be done sitting up if you have a “koala baby” that Just. Won’t. Sleep. And yes, your partner is welcome to book in, too. Check out the “Just book us both in” option on the booking page.
