Massage therapy is an incredibly useful modality to not only look after our physical self as we move through life, but also our mental and emotional wellbeing.

Regular remedial massage can assist with injury and surgery rehabilitation, fluid retention, circulation issues, and chronic pain conditions. Kate combines both remedial and relaxation massage techniques throughout the session to ensure you get the treatment you need and leave the session feeling at ease in your body. These sessions are claimable via your private health insurance (please note, HCF do not cover my treatments at all).

Relaxation massage provides a sense of stress relief, better circulation, and, best of all, improved sleep! It releases those feel-good hormones (endorphins, dopamine and serotonin), all of which contribute to our general wellbeing and a reduction in anxiety.

All sessions are 1 hour and cost $100. Cash is preferred, but I can also take credit card and EFTPOS.
