Simplifying access to massage therapy.
Life can get in the way of an opportunity to have treatment for a sore body, or simply have some relaxing down time - and, sometimes, it’s inaccessible for a myriad of reasons. My primary focus is mobile massage therapy: it eliminates the time you need to take to get to and from a clinic, increasing the opportunity to chill out immediately after your treatment. Aurora Bodywork provides a professional service in your own space: the only thing you need to supply is a place to put the table.
If having a massage at home isn’t for you, but you still need some time out without the super-clinical or day spa approach, you’ll find me offering massage and reiki at Namami Wellness and Yoga on Stirling Hwy in Mosman Park on Wednesdays.

About me
Kate McKail (she/her)
I'm messy-haired, tattooed and extroverted as all get out, but I do pride myself on being an intuitive, knowledgeable and respectful massage therapist. I run a household, have a partner with whom I have two primary school-aged children. I run my business at two locations, as well as my mobile service: I know how hard it is to try to find time for yourself. In those pockets of time I allocate to me and my wellbeing, I love to dance, swim, walk/ hike, roller-skate, read, catch up with my friends, drink coffee (lots) and blast really loud music in the car (whilst singing along. Probably badly. I think I sound great).
I understand that trust is a major concern for clients using a mobile massage service. I am registered as a Remedial Massage Therapist (RMT) with the Massage Association of Australia (MAA), and hold current Provide First Aid and Resuscitation certificates via St John Ambulance. I also have a current federal police clearance, up to date Working With Children Check, and am fully insured. I received my Diploma of Remedial Massage back in 2005 at North Metropolitan TAFE.
I love what I do. I aim to provide a safe, affirming, non-judgmental experience for all my clients. Gift vouchers and gift cards
Gift vouchers available for all mobile massage services: don’t forget to add on a travel voucher for those who live or work in the outer 'burbs.
Please note all vouchers are valid forever, and will be honoured as full payment for the service it was bought for, regardless of any price rises during that time. These can’t be used at Namami, unfortunately.
Gift cards are a great gifty-option if you’d prefer to contribute to someone’s massage, rather than cover the whole thing, or would like to load up multiple opportunities for them to have a massage using the amounts to discount their out of pocket expenses, or even have lots of sessions thanks to you! Amounts vary from $10 up to however much you want to spend, and they can use it in as many increments as they like until it is used up: like a bank account just for massages! How good is that? These don’t expire, either, and can be used for mobile massage, as well as sessions at Namami.
